District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered: re 3 First MOTION for Bond. After due consideration of the parties’ submissions and the representations of counsel at the hearing, which the Court accepts, the Court ALLOWS the pending motion for bond (Doc. No. 3) to the extent described in this Order. The Court ORDERS the immediate release of petitioner, i.e., no later than 5:00 p.m. today, pending resolution of the habeas petition and subject to the following conditions: (1) appearing whenever her presence is required for either state court proceedings or DCF proceedings or meetings; (2) appearing in state court to address the charges described in the police report no later than Friday, September 11, 2026, unless the state court establishes a different date; (3) seeing her medical provider by September 15, 2026; and (4) complying with any conditions of reporting or release that had been imposed by ICE or DHS prior to September 4, 2026.
