Viramontes: granting Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 .The Court grants the Petition in part and orders Respondents to provide Petitioner Shaklo Islomovna Kurbonova ( A#226-040-776) an individualized bond hearing before an immigration judge within seven days, where the Government bears the burden to show by clear and convincing evidence that Petitioner is a flight risk or a danger to the community.
