FINDINGS and RECOMMENDATIONS signed by Magistrate Judge Sean C. Riordan on 9/17/2026 RECOMMENDING that the 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus be granted and that Respondent be directed to immediately release Petitioner Diprenda Paudel 208-927-7 68 under the same conditions of supervision dictated by applicable statutes and regulations, that Respondent be directed to file a notice of compliance within 3 days of any order adopting these findings and recommendations, and that Respondent be pro hibited from re-detaining Petitioner without first complying with 8 U.S.C. § 241.13(i) and any other applicable statutes and regulations.
