ORDER MINUTE ORDER. Pending before the Court is Petitioners Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. (Doc. 1.) Because Respondents have insufficient information regarding termination of [Petitioners] parole, pursuant to 8 C.F.R. § 212.5(e)(2), they do not oppose the petition and defer to the Court on the appropriate relief. (Doc. 4 at 2-3.) Accordingly, the Court therefore GRANTS the Petition (Doc. 1) and ORDERS Respondents to release Petitioner from custody subject to the terms of his preexisting parole.
