ORDER GRANTING HABEAS CORPUS PETITION AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION. The Court orders as follows: 1.The Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus is GRANTED. Dkt. No. 1 . 2.The Government must RELEASE Rios Nava within TWENTY-FOUR (24)hours of this order, subject to the conditions of his most recent parole agreement. 3.Within FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours of this order, the Government must provide the Court with a status report confirming that Rios Nava has been released from custody and informing the Court of the date and time of his release.
