TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon Pro Se Petitioner Ramon Chach Moreno's petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 alleging his detention by immigration authorities in Delaney Hall Detention Facility in Newark, New Jersey is unlawful (ECF No. 1, Petition), and Respondents' answer (ECF No. 4, Answer) asserting Petitioner was transferred to Alexandria Staging Facility in Alexandria, Louisiana before the Petition and the Court's no transfer order (ECF No. 2) were filed.
