Petitioner (A File #: 206-930-012) asserts that he has been detained since August 5, 2026 and that he has requested and been granted a bond redetermination hearing on 9/3/2026. (Doc. 2 at 2) Thus, the Court will hold the motion for TRO in abeyance to allow Petitioner to exhaust his administrative remedies.
