Petitioner identifies no law that might be violated were Respondents to relocate Petitioner to a facility outside Minnesota. Weighed against the absence of legal authority, the practical concerns Petitioner identifies that might arise from a relocation are not sufficient to warrant the issuance of the requested temporary restraining order.
