TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 ("Petition"). (ECF No. 1 .) The Court has reviewed the Petition (ECF No. 1 ) and Respondents' Letters (ECF Nos. 5 - 6 ). Respondents previously advised the Court that Petitioner was detained pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(2), but subsequently advised that Petitioner is now detained pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226a. The Court understands that a bond hearing was conducted on September 9, 2026. Accordingly, within three (3) days of the date of this Order, Respondents shall file a letter advising the Court of the outcome upon which the Court will close this matter absent further relief being warranted.
