MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) The Court has reviewed the petition (Doc. 1) and the motion for a temporary restraining order (Doc. 2) filed in this case. The issues raised in this new case are nearly identical to those raised in Petitioner's earlier-filed petition in Case No. 1:26-cv-03891 VC. In the earlier-filed case, Petitioner's appointed lawyer has filed a First Amended Petition and extensive briefing has been filed by both sides. Likewise, Petitioner's motion for TRO was found to be moot in June 2026. Due to the overlapping issues and the fact that Petitioner now seems to be represented by two lawyers, his counsel in this new case may decide whether a renewed TRO should be filed in the earlier case. Before taking any action in the older case, counsel SHALL confer with Petitioner's court-appointed lawyer in Case No.: 1:26-cv-03891 VC and with Petitioner to determine whether both attorneys will continue in the representation.
