ORDER REFERRING CASE to Magistrate Judge Kathryn A. Starnella. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A) and (B) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a) and (b), this case is referred to the assigned United States Magistrate Judge to (1) convene a scheduling conference under Fed. R. Civ. R. 16.6 and at the discretion of the Magistrate Judge, convene such early neutral evaluation and/or settlement conferences and direct related procedures as may facilitate resolution of this case without the necessity of a motion or prior authorization of the undersigned. ORDER. Before the Court is Petitioner's Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus, ECF No. 1, and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction, ECF No. 9. Respondents have responded, ECF No. 15, and Petitioner filed a reply, ECF No. 16. Given Petitioner's reply was filed over a month ago on February 13, 2026, Respondents are hereby ORDERED to file a status report within 24 hours of the entry of this Order informing the Court of Petitioner's detention or removal status. If Petitioner has not been removed, pursuant to the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651(a), and in order to preserve the Court's jurisdiction, Respondents SHALL NOT REMOVE Petitioner from the District of Colorado or the United States unless or until this Court or the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit vacates this Order.
