Judge Myong J. Joun: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. Petitioner’s Motion for Status Conference, Doc. No. 14, is DENIED. On September 2, 2026, the Court ordered Respondents to arrange a bond hearing for Petitioner before an Immigration Judge. The bond hearing was held on September 8, 2026. The Immigration Judge subsequently granted Petitioner release on a $10,000 bond, which Petitioner posted, and Petitioner was released from custody on September 10, 2026. The relief ordered by this Court having been provided and Petitioner having been released from custody, no further hearing before this Court is warranted. To the extent Petitioner seeks review of the Immigration Judge’s bond determination, including the amount or conditions of bond, such relief must be pursued through the appropriate administrative process. Judgment shall enter for Petitioner consistent with the Court’s September 2, 2026 Order. The Clerk is directed to close this case. (SP) (Entered: 09/16/2026)
