REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. The undersigned recommends that the Court GRANT in part the Petition for habeas relief by ordering Respondents to release Petitioner immediately subject to an appropriate order of supervision. If Respondents belatedly provide a copy of Petitioners arrest warrant with any objections to this Report and Recommendation, the Court should grant the Petition in part and order Respondents to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing und er § 1226(a) before a neutral IJ within seven days or otherwise release him if he does not have a lawful bond hearing within that period. ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION ~ The Report and Recommendation 9 is ADOPTED to the extent that it finds that Petitioner is entitled to a bond hearing under the INA and Petitioner's Petition is GRANTE D IN PART in so far as it alleges the same.
