This is a text only entry; no document issued. ORDER denying 3 Motion for TRO. Petitioner has failed to demonstrate a substantial likelihood of succeeding on the merits. Accordingly, the motion for TRO is denied. Furthermore, the record clearly demonstrates that this Court does not have jurisdiction to reconsider the issuance of a final order of removal, that Petitioner has been provided with ample opportunities to contest her removal satisfying due process, and that Petitioner's removal is likely imminent thus removing any Zadvydas concerns. Accordingly, in addition to denying the motion for TRO, this action is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Ordered by US DISTRICT JUDGE CLAY D LAND on August 24, 2026 (CDL) (Entered: 08/24/2026)
