Memorandum Opinion and Order. Pursuant to the holding in Lopez-Camps v. Raycraft, 175 F.4th 713 (6th Cir. 2026), 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) governs Petitioner's detention and he is entitled to an individualized bond hearing. Acco rdingly, the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Docket # 1 ) filed by Petitioner is hereby granted as follows: Respondents are hereby directed to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within 14 days of this Order, with notice to the Parties as soon as practicable but no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
