ORDER by Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai: Petitioners allege that Respondents arrested and detained them on August 20, 2026, without reasonable suspicion, probable cause, or a valid warrant. ECF No. 1 . The Court set a scheduling conference for August 21, 2026 at 9:00am. ECF No. 4 . Petitioners notified the Court via email that they were released in Oregon, and that the parties stipulated to a briefing schedule on the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus.
