TEXT ORDER: The Court grants the Petitioner's pro se motion to amend (DN 6 ). In response to the amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus (DN 6 ), the Court directs the Respondents to show cause, no later than 10/8/2026, why the writ should not be granted.
