ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS by Magistrate Judge Angela C. C. Viramontes: granting in part and denying in part Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 . The Court grants the Petition and orders Respo ndents to provide Petitioner Weihua Fu (A#234049988) an individualized bond hearing before an immigration judge within seven days, where the Government bears the burden to show by clear and convincing evidence that Petitioner is a flight risk or a danger to the community.
