MINUTE ORDER (text only): On December 11, 2025, Petitioner filed his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Emergency Motion to Prevent Transfer. Dkt. No. 1 . The combined Petition/Motion seeks the emergency relief of an order enjoining Respondents from transferring petitioner outside of the district while his immigration proceedings are pending. Id. Respondents have since agreed to provide Petitioner 48-hour advance notice should Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) "intend[ ] to move/transfer/remove Petitioner" while his habeas petition is pending. Dkt. No. 4 . Within three days, the Parties are ORDERED to meet and confer and provide a joint status report to the Court regarding whether Petitioner still intends to seek emergency relief sought in Dkt.
