ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED Petitioner Olguin Perez's and Petitioner Guerra Garcia's Petitions for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1 ) are GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Respondents must RELEASE Petitioners from detention on their personal recognizance on September 24, 2026 between the hours of 12:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M.
