MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lindsay C. Jenkins: The petition filed in this case relates to Milton Suqui Suqui who filed this habeas petition while being detained at the Broadview ICE facility. The matter is set for a telephonic status hearing on December 8, 2025 at 9:15 am to discuss next steps, in particular Respondent's view on the application of Ochoa Ochoa v. Noem, 2025 WL 2938779, at *1 (N.D. Ill. Oct. 16, 2025).
