MINUTE ORDER. The Court is in receipt of Petitioner's motion for temporary restraining order. Dkt. 2 . Given the Court's scheduling order's requirement that the government provide seven days notice prior to transfer from the district, Dkt. 4, the motion is DENIED as moot. The Court understands Petitioner's argument that numerous transfers have harmed his ability to prepare his immigration case. If the government files a notice of intent to transfer Petitioner again, he will have an opportunity to make those arguments and has leave to re-file his motion before such a transfer occurs.
