Having reviewed Respondents' 4 Return, the record before the Court establishes that ICE officials failed to provide Petitioner with written notice that his release was being revoked as required by 8 C.F.R. § 241.13(i)(3) and that Petitioner did not receive an informal interview promptly after his return to custody as required by 8 C.F.R. § 241.13(i)(3).
