ORDER. Upon review of the 4 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 and Petitioner's 7 Motion for Leave to File Counseled Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, the Court enters the following Orders:Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1)(A), as a matter of course and there being no prior amendments and no responsive pleading, Petitioner's 7 Motion for Leave to File Counseled Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is GRANTED. Petitioner shall file any amended petition on or before October 6, 2026;Petitioner shall SERVE Respondents pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4 on or before 9/24/2026. Petitioner shall promptly file proof of such service on the docket, and counsel for Respondents shall promptly enter their notices of appearance. Petitioner shall also provide notice to the United States Attorney's Office by email promptly upon notice of this Order and shall include a copy of the 4 Petition, a copy of this Order, and any amended petition.
