ORDER REGARDING BRIEFING SCHEDULE AND DENYING MOTION TO APPOINT COUNSEL by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr: If the government does not oppose the relief sought in the habeas petition, it shall promptly notify the Court. Otherwise, the government shall file a response by August 20, 2026, and Petitioner shall file any reply no later than September 3, 2026.
