MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) Petitioner Kener Jose Rodriguez Diaz (A No. 246-549-267) initiated three prior, separate, substantially identical actions in this Court that were opened as Case No. 1:26-cv-00610-JLT-CDB, 1:26-cv-02421-JLT-FJS and 1:26-cv-3986. On April 2, 2026, in Case No. 1:26-cv-00610-JLT-CDB, this Court ordered Respondents to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing before an immigration judge. Not appreciating that petitioner had filed an earlier petition, on April 29. 2026, in Case No. 1:26-cv-02421-JLT-FJS, this Court again ordered Respondents on to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing before an immigration judge. Realizing its error, on May 29, 2026, in Case No.: 1:26-cv-03986-JLT-FJS, the Court dismissed the action because Petitioner raised substantially similar issues that were decided in the prior habeas orders. In this latest filing, Petitioner again raises the same issues as in the prior three petitions. Thus, the Court ORDERS the matter reassigned to the undersigned and Magistrate Judge Christopher D. Baker. Also, this new matter is again DISMISSED as duplicative and/or moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions and close this case signed by District Judge Jennifer L.
