Text Order: Respondents have filed a Response which represents that Petitioner is detained pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) and that Petitioner is scheduled for an individualized bond hearing before an Immigration Judge. (ECF No. 4.) The Court finds that the outcome of that proceeding may affect the relief requested in the Petition.
