ORDER After the Court issued the December 24, 2025 order granting the habeas petition, the government informed the Court that Petitioner had already been released prior to the entry of the order. Accordingly, the petition was already moot at the time the order was entered. The Court hereby dismisses the petition as moot. A judgment was erroneously docketed in this case on December 30, 2025. Because this petition was already moot when the December 24, 2025 order was entered, that erroneously entered judgment is hereby vacated and has been removed from the docket.
