No. 8, Respondents produced evidence showing that Petitioner is subject to a reinstated final order of removal pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1231(a)(5). See [Doc. No. 8-1]. Given this, and Petitioners failure to show cause, the Court finds that Petitioner's detention is governed by 8 U.S.C. §§ 1231(a)(5)-(6), and a bond hearing is not required.
