ORDER finding as moot 5 Motion to Refile Case without a Filing Fee. Petitioner has asked that he be granted permission to refile case number 4:26-cv-1088-CDL-CHW without a filing fee and attached a document in support. This motion is moot. Petitioner filed several cases that were consolidated into 4:26-cv-1088-CDL-CHW, but his case has not been dismissed and, thus, there is no need to refile his case. To the extent Petition meant to supplement or amend his habeas application with the document attached to his motion to refile, this document is already before the Court as Attachment 1 to his original habeas application 1 . Additionally, the Court received several other documents for filing 6 that were mailed to the Albany Division office. Petitioner is again advised that any future filings should be submitted to the Columbus Division at the following address: U.S. District Court, P.O. Box 124, Columbus, Georgia 31902.
