ORDER. Petitioner Everado Antonio Godoy Palencia, a self-represented immigrant detainee, moved for immediate release or an individualized bond hearing on an emergency basis. Dkt. No. 2 . Because the emergency motion improperly requests the ultimate relief sought in his pending habeas petition, the motion is denied. Petitioner's petition remains pending, and the Court will enter a separate order requiring the respondent to file an answer and setting a briefing schedule. The Clerk is directed to change the caption to reflect that the Warden of the Eden Detention Center is the only proper respondent.
