ORDER - GRANTING PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS; Edicson S. Jimenez Reyes ("Petitioner") is detained at the Clay County Jail in Brazil, Indiana, under the authority of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE"). He filed this w rit of habeas corpus petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 seeking immediate release.The Court grants the petition to the extent that, within seven days of this order, Respondents must either provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing befo re an IJ pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) or release Petitioner from custody, under reasonable conditions of supervision.
