TEXT ORDER: As Petitioner in this matter sought only his release from immigration detention, as this Court previously ordered Petitioner released (ECF No. 3), and as the Government has now confirmed that Petitioner was released from custody on August 8, 2026, (see ECF No. 5), this matter shall be CLOSED. To the extent Petitioner meaningfully disputes the facts surrounding his release, he may seek to reopen this matter.
