TEXT ORDER: This Court having reviewed the Government's letter (ECF No. 4 ) and Petitioner's response (ECF No. 5 ), and the Court finding Petitioner's limited history of minor traffic violations insufficient to affect Petitioner's entitlement to release under this Court's prior Order (ECF No. 2 ), it is ORDERED that the Government shall release Petitioner from immigration detention in accordance with this Court's prior Order (ECF No. 2 ) within twenty-four hours.
