The Government shall comply with the Court's September 16, 2026 Order and, if not previously done so, within seven days of this Order, serve Helal at WCC with its Response (ECF No. 10), including all attachments and exhibits, at the updated address. The Government shall promptly file proof of service identifying the date, method, and address used. Helal shall have fourteen (14) days from his receipt of the re-served Response and its attachments and exhibits to file a reply. Helal shall state the date of receipt in his reply.
