MINUTE ORDER signed by District Judge Daniel J. Calabretta on 12/30/2025: On December 19, 2025, the Court entered a Temporary Restraining Order and ordered Respondents to show cause by December 26, 2025, why a preliminary injunction should not issue on the same terms. (ECF No. 16 at 11.) The Court informed Respondents that "failure to respond to the Order to Show Cause shall be construed as its non-opposition to the Court granting a Preliminary Injunction on the same terms and conditions imposed in this Order." (Id.) Respondents have not filed an opposition or any response to the Court's Order. Accordingly, the Court treats this as non-opposition to the entry of a preliminary injunction. Thus, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a Preliminary Injunction is GRANTED and issued on the same terms set forth in the Temporary Restraining Order (id.) and shall remain in effect until the resolution of this action or until otherwise ordered by the Court. This matter is referred to the assigned Magistrate Judge for all further pretrial proceedings. IT IS SO ORDERED. [TEXT ONLY ENTRY] (Deputy Clerk GJM) (Entered: 12/30/2025)
