ORDER signed by District Judge Dena M. Coggins on 09/28/26 ADOPTING 9 Findings and Recommendations and GRANTING Petitioner Argenis Rodriguez's (A-244-480-805) 1 petition for writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner shall be RELEASED IMMEDIATELY fr om Respondents' custody with the same conditions he was subject to immediately prior to his detention. Respondents shall not impose any additional restriction on him, such as electronic monitoring, unless that is determined to be necessary at a future pre-deprivation/custody hearing.
