Therefore, by August 26, 2026, Petitioner is ORDERED to pay the $5.00 filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis with the required certificate of inmate trust account. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER WILL RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(b). The Clerk of the Court is directed to provide to Petitioner, with service of this Order, a form prisoner motion to proceed in forma pauperis.
