Respondents state that “there are no impediments to removal of the Petitioner, except for these habeas proceedings,” including because “ICE ERO has a valid, unexpired Guinean passport for the Petitioner” by which he may be removed via commercial flight without complication. Dkt. 12 -1 paras. 6-9. Under these circumstances, the Court finds that removal is reasonably likely to be imminent, such to justify detention under 8 U.S.C. s. 1231(a).
