MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. The Petition 1 is Granted. IT IS ORDERED that, as soon as practicable, but no later than seven (7) days from the date of this Order, Respondents shall provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing in accordance with 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) before an immigration judge. At that hearing, the immigration judge shall assess whether Petitioner presents a flight risk or a danger to the community.
