ORDER GRANTING IN PART 1 PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS signed by Hon. S. Kate Vaughan. The Court ORDERS that Petitioner be released from immigration detention within eight (8) hours of this Order in view of the recent or now imminent birth of his child. Respondents shall file a certification within twenty-four (24) hours that Petitioner has been released. Respondents are ENJOINED from redetaining Petitioner without prior notice and a hearing that satisfies the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.
