PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon sua sponte review of the record. In connection with their Return to Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Respondents submitted the Declaration of Deportation Officer in which he avers that "On April 24, 2026, Petitioner's parole expired." ECF No. [9-3] at 3. There is no evidence in the record reflecting that Petitioner was paroled into the United States for a specified period of time, or that Petitioner's parole was set to expire in April 2026. Accordingly, Respondents are ORDERED to file a Supplemental Declaration, along with supporting evidence, by August 7, 2026 explaining the basis of their statement that Petitioner's parole expired on April 24, 2026.
