MINUTE ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher D. Baker on 08/07/2026: Following its review of the pleadings in this action and in an earlier action commenced by Petitioner (Comas v. Warden, et al., Case No. 1:26-cv-04387-KES-CDB), the Court concludes the cases involve common questions of law or fact and that the saving of time and effort consolidation would produce outweighs any inconvenience, delay, or expense that it would cause. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a)(2); In re Adams Apple, Inc., 829 F.2d 1484, 1487 (9th Cir. 1987) (court may consolidate actions sua sponte). Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that: (1) this action (Comas v. Warden, Case No. 1:26-cv-05782-KES-CDB) and the earlier-filed action (Comas v. Warden, et al., Case No. 1:26-cv-04387-KES-CDB) are CONSOLIDATED FOR ALL PURPOSES; (2) The case identified as Comas v.
