ORDER. Upon review of the Petition, it is ORDERED that Petitioner shall SERVE Respondents pursuant to Rule 4(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and shall also send a courtesy copy of the Petition and this Order to Respondents via email, on or before August 5, 2026. MINUTE ORDER: Petitioner's 11 Motion to Clarify is GRANTED, and the Court clarifies its 10 Order of July 31, 2026 as follows. First, the portion of the Order regarding service and briefing is WITHDRAWN. The service deadline in Judge Chung's 6 Order to Show Cause remains in effect. Second, in light of the new allegations regarding Petitioner's bond hearing in the 11 Motion, the Court sua sponte extends the briefing deadlines set by Judge Chung's Order to Show Cause. Respondents shall respond to the Petition and the allegations regarding Petitioner's bond hearing no later than August 6, 2026. Petitioner may file a reply within seven days of Respondents' filing of a response. Third, the All Writs Act order set out in this Court's 10 Order controls.
