**DISREGARD - ENTERED ON WRONG CASE** TEXT ORDER. On May 27, 2026, (Dkt. 3), pursuant to Valentin v. Dinkins, 121 F.3d 72 (2d Cir. 1997), the Court directed the Erie County Attorney to ascertain the full names, with correct spelling, and last known service addresses of Erie County Holding Center personnel Carrie Ludwig and Henry Huber, and Erie County Correctional Facility personnel John/Jane Doe #12 by June 26, 2026. The order noted that the information should be returned by mail to the Pro Se Litigation Unit, United States District Court, Robert H. Jackson United States Courthouse, 2 Niagara Square, Buffalo, New York 14202. The Clerk of Court forwarded a copy of the order by email to County Attorney Jeremy Toth. To date, the Court has not received a response. Accordingly, the Court directs the Erie County Attorney to file a status report updating the Court on its progress responding to the Court's Valentin order (Dkt. 3) by August 6, 2026. The Clerk of Court is directed to email a copy of this text order and a copy of the docket sheet to County Attorney Jeremy Toth at Jeremy.Toth@erie.gov . SO ORDERED. Issued by Hon. John L.
