Docket Text ORDER: The Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Petitioner Didar Kenzhebayev's 2 Motion for Expedited Issuance of Order to Show Cause. In light of the Case Management Order entered today, much of petitioner's Proposed Order to Show Cause, Doc. 2-2, is moot. See id. ¶¶ 1, 3, 5-7. The Court also denies without prejudice Kenzhebayev's request for production of documents, id. ¶ 2, as it expects the Government to support its response to the show cause order with adequate citation to an attached documentary record and otherwise work with petitioner's counsel on limited discovery. Otherwise, a hearing may be necessary. Further, given the Government's representations at a previous hearing, the Court grants as unopposed Kenzhebayev's request to direct Respondents to not to transfer him outside the jurisdiction of the Court.
