Judge Allison D. Burroughs: ORDER entered. SERVICE ORDER re 2241 Petition. The clerk shall serve a copy of the petition on the respondents and the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts. Respondents shall, no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, inform the Court of petitioner's location. Respondents shall, no later than 5:00pm on Friday, June 13, 2025, answer or respond to the petition. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, petitioner shall not be moved without first providing advance notice of the intended move. Once that notice has been docketed, the petitioner shall not be moved for a period of at least 48 hours from the time of that docketing.
