Text Only Entry: Petitioner has filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Dkt. No. 7 ). General Order 26-05, which was entered in this case, provides an expedited briefing schedule and was designed to reduce the number of cases necessitating TROs. Petitioner is ORDERED to file a response to this Order by July 24, 2026, identifying any emergency or exigent circumstance that could not be adequately addressed by the expedited briefing schedule on the Petition and therefore requires a TRO. To preserve the Courts jurisdiction as well as continuity of counsel, and to resolve the pending matters in this case, including the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, Respondents are enjoined from transferring, relocating, or removing Petitioner outside of the Central District of California pending final resolution of this case or further order of the Court. THERE IS NO PDF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ENTRY. (mr) TEXT ONLY ENTRY (Entered: 07/22/2026)
