Minutes & Order [non-document] On December 5, 2025, the Court held a zoom hearing. Plaintiff was represented by Jonathan Bartell and Lauren Georgalas. Assistant United States Attorney James Bennett was present on behalf of the United States Respondents. For the reasons stated on the record, the Court granted Plaintiff's petition in part and ORDERED that ICE provide him with an individualized bond hearing, pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a), within seven (7) days, up to and including December 12, 2025. Any and all other relief requested is denied as MOOT.The Court notes that it is granting this relief over the Government's objection.
