MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings on 12/23/2025. The Court GRANTS Ariza's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus [DE 1] and orders the following: I. The United States is directed to release Petitioner Ariza because of t he unlawful detention in violation of her due process rights. II.
